ILL
fitting

For this Graphic Design 1 class project, I was told to create a brand concept and design three posters for it. I took this opportunity to work on ILL Fitting, a clothing shop and artist collective I started in high school which is now discontinued.
Logo
The logo went through several iterations before landing on the final. In the end, I opted to use an exclamation mark instead of an "i." I also made a separate wordmark so that I could include the word "fitting" without distracting from the logo.
Photography & Artwork
I took these green screen pictures of my friends (and myself!) for my posters. For the t-shirt designs, I used some other friends' designs and used a displacement map on Photoshop to edit the artwork onto the models' shirts.

Background
Unable to find a garage door photo that satisfied me, I called on my friend Brendan Johnson to model one for me on Blender. I tried out a few different styles for the graffiti before settling on the final logo.
